As we plan for the continued build out of our Consulting services across FORVIS and for the best Unmatched Client Experience we can provide, we need to bring a strategic focus to the Middle Market (MM) space. The MM as defined by companies within the $10M - $2B revenue space, encompasses many opportunities for Consulting at FORVIS, and spans our 10 core Industries.

The Middle Market Consulting Marketing Senior Manager role is focused on enabling cross-serving of Consulting solutions across the matrix of Consulting, as well as across the Tax and Assurance service lines within each industry and region, while also keeping connectivity to the Large Global corporation and Healthcare Segments through broader Consulting-wide initiatives. This leader will coordinate with numerous firm resources and stakeholders and will build and execute strategies with a digital marketing focus, utilizing the tools, platforms and best practices of the firm. The role will also be the assigned coach for three or four Consulting Marketing Leaders whose practice units are majority-focused on the middle market. This role requires innovative and knowledgeable marketing guidance and client-centric collaborations to champion and promote Consulting at FORVIS within and across many unique business units.

How you will contribute:

  • Required experience managing others/building and leading a team, strong servant leader with excellent coaching skills and commitment to developing high performing teams
  • Create and manage execution of a strong Middle Market Consulting marketing strategy that encapsulates the solution buckets we want to be known for in the marketplace and targets key industry focuses
  • Work tightly with the Middle Market committee leadership and leverage account-based marketing tactics on key accounts
  • Bring Digital Marketing best practices and build omni-channel campaigns around those digital channels, this includes a working knowledge of marketing systems, tools and tactics such as CRM, Marketing automation, SEO optimization, Pay per click, Google and LinkedIn ads, video and social media
  • Apply firm brand strategy for Consulting go-to-market strategy and campaigns and align messaging across the Consulting practice
  • Continue to build upon messaging for Consulting at FORVIS, to reflect where we are now and where we want to be in the future and manage a strong, cross-functional roadmap to get us there
  • Lead creation of buyer personas and journeys and develop a deep understanding of the needs, values, and drivers of our clients across segments, services and products
  • Strive for constant collaboration with relevant Industry Marketing Leaders and always integrate this understanding into marketing activities and strategies with Consulting Marketing Leaders
  • Act as a proxy department leader for the Director of Consulting Marketing where warranted and always consider this role as an "ambassador" for Consulting across the firm
  • Be resourceful and strategically drive key marketing initiatives for Consulting
  • Be a leading voice for brand protection for all Consulting marketing content and ensure it is in line with overall firm brand positioning and voice
  • Be a conduit for cross-serve opportunities across our Industries, Regions and Segments
  • Coach Consulting Marketing Leaders and Associates on their growth and effectiveness within the firm
  • Collaborate closely with the Consulting Marketing Director to develop and implement change, process and growth initiatives consistent with firm strategy
  • Maintain an overview and understanding of Consulting pipeline in the CRM
  • Develop and maintain good rapport and strong relationships within the firmwide marketing department and with our internal client-facing advisors
  • Liaise and facilitate communication and collaboration between Consulting and the rest of the firm

  • Willing to travel when needed




Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+yearsexperiencerelatedtoareaofwork/focus,preferred 3-5 years in a brand management or marketing management role
  • Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience
  • Healthcare, Financial Markets, Manufacturing, Insurance or Commercial Products experience a plus
  • Previous experience in a consulting, professional services or top 20 public accounting firm preferred
