Position Title:

External Description: Description & Requirements

The Application Analyst team is responsible for configuring, supporting, and upgrading our critical software packages. You will work directly with our support desk while acting as the next level of support that requires specialized knowledge. As an Application Analyst, you will also engage with the vendors of various software packages as needed for product support, configuration assistance, upgrades, etc.

How you will contribute:

• Maintain a courteous and professional manner when interacting with FORVIS personnel
• Meet performance metrics and standards
• Adheres to written procedures, checklists, and all quality control associated with project deployments
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours (e.g., not 8 AM - 5 PM) to provide support. To include an On-Call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Investigate end-user problems and attempt to identify their source
• Deploy, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain software packages to servers and RDS/AVD hosts at our data center or cloud providers (Azure/AWS)
• Work with various tax application vendors to maintain software and ensure maximum uptime
• Develop and maintain process/procedure documents, as well as documentation for troubleshooting issues related to business applications.
• Deploy and support the firm's video conferencing and voice infrastructure

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives
• Achieve and maintain high quality in work, client relations, and team relations
• Ability to retain and protect confidential material

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in system administration and/or desktop support is preferred
• Ability to diagnose and resolve associated networking problems remotely
• Operational knowledge of CCH Axcess, CaseWare, Engagement, QuickBooks, and Sage Accounting preferred
