Position Title:

External Description: Description & Requirements

The Workday Financial Systems Administrator will support our Accounting and Finance ERP process. The administrator will partner with cross-functional teams from Accounting, Payroll, HR, FP&A, and IT. FORVIS uses Workday as our core ERP for both HR and Financials, and plan to add Professional Services Automation. This role would specifically be focused on the following modules of Workday: Financial Accounting, Procurement, Banking, Suppliers Integrations, and Finance Security. This is a great opportunity for someone with Workday and other Finance and ERP systems experience to continuously lead improvements in our technology solutions and operations.

How you will contribute:

  • Lead Finance SMEs to configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes
  • Build, test, and deploy reporting needed by modules noted above
  • Troubleshoot system issues around integrations; Identify issues, conduct analyses, and form conclusions
  • Maintain security policies, roles, and responsibilities
  • Prepare ad-hoc queries using Workday reporting features
  • Help lead and execute timely Workday data processing and processes
  • Interface with IT to develop system solutions and requested enhancements
  • Use strong analytical skills to interpret a wide variety of data from multiple sources
  • Lead system projects
  • Provide training for Finance staff to ensure Workday and other system user fluency
  • Provide Workday support for the accounting and finance department. Administer security, reporting, Business Processes, and strategic vision of the workday Platform
  • Research and document policies and procedures in Workday
  • Implement new features and test new releases
  • Be a key player in developing and driving process improvement and automation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years or more of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience
