FORVIS is seeking professionals who can apply their functional and technical skills to configure and implement Oracle NetSuite software for clients across core modules, including general ledger, finance, commerce, purchasing, sales, warehousing, production, and logistics. Consultants should address business needs, configuration of the software, testing of results and transition activities to client operations. We are seeking individuals that can lead the design and implementation of ERP.

What You Will Do:

• Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and related benefits.
• Lead definition of the solution.
• Work as part of a project team to deliver business solutions from project kick-off through project go-live.
• Measure delivery of our solution against requirements, through ownership of deliverables and thorough review with clients.
• Aid in preparing and analyzing project plans and requirements documentation.
• Build rapport with clients through effective communication, working sessions, and status meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks according to the project schedule and communicate the status to the PMO.
• Perform configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite.
• Learn FORVIS implementation methodology and related deliverables.
• Train client key users and end-users on solution implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2 years or more of applicable ERP implementation experience
• Appropriate NetSuite Certifications
• A clear understanding of the Oracle NetSuite solution landscape

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience understanding and assisting clients with data conversions
• Working knowledge of business reporting and analytics tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Experience developing less experienced consultants
