How you will Contribute:

  • Lead implementation projects as a Lead Operations Functional Consultant, leading modules mentioned above on Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain
  • Support and/or lead assessment/discovery projects with expectations of the project being phase 1 of a larger implementation
  • Support the Project Manager with daily project initiatives and client directives
  • Train and Coach team members to support their growth as a consultant and improve their skillsets within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Continue to learn and grow knowledge in new emerging technologies that support or are embedded in our Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects
  • Support current team members on existing projects where they are dealing with capacity conflicts or complex client requirements
  • Support our managed services clients as new tickets come through our support portal
  • Support our sales team in presales activities which can consist of software demonstrations, advising on leading practices, selling the FORVIS brand, and other sales initiatives
  • Support marketing our Enterprise practice and FORVIS brand, which could be through webinars, blog posts, training material, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years or more working in consulting
  • 7 years or more as a Functional Operations Consultant specifically with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain / Finance and Operations / AX 2012
    • Must have:
      • Manufacturing/Production, Trade and Logistics, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Warehouse App, MRP, Product Management including Product configurator, Planning Optimization
  • 7 years or more of full life cycle implementations with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain / Finance and Operations / AX 2012

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance-related modules, Project Accounting, and Management
  • Experience using Azure DevOps
  • Experience training and coaching team members
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft Solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, Field Service, Project Operations
  • Experience working with other 3rd party ISV products such as EDI, CPQ, Quality, Warehousing
