Position Title:

External Description: Responsibilities

We are looking for a Risk Advisory Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead a team of recruiting professionals in hiring best-in-class professionals to optimize FORVIS' People's Strategy. This is a creative and fast-paced role serving one of the largest and most diverse advisory practice units of our organization.

Location: Open to considering any US location / EST or CST preferred

How you will contribute:

  • Managing strategic relationships with Partners and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing and selection
  • Providing training and counsel related to recruitment and talent development process and programs to leadership and staff
  • Overseeing design elements, functionality, and reporting of recruitment technologies, including social media and career sites
  • Maintaining budget and organizational investments in sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Effectively managing a recruiting workbench and leads by example in achieving measurable goals, objectives, and metrics that link talent acquisition to the most critical business initiatives
  • Proactively developing and maintaining candidate pools for current and future positions
  • Developing and managing vendor relationships that support talent acquisition and related processes
  • Actively contributing to reporting needs from leadership
  • Assisting in the negotiations of offer letters as needed for the recruitment team

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience within professional services
  • Strong sourcing, assessment and recruitment process, strategy, and executive presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Prior experience in an OFCCP, EEO, and AAP compliant recruiting environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations applicable to hiring practices
  • Previous experience developing teams and individuals through motivation, team processes, and performance management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with a public accounting or consulting firm
  • Big 4 experience preferred
