External Description: Responsibilities

The Strategic Pursuits Team is a critical function within our Marketing and Business Development organization as it is responsible for working directly with our Partners and Client Service Teams in pursuing new business opportunities and growing the Firm's overall revenue. The Junior Graphic Designer will be a part of this team and will work closely with various leaders across the Firm. They will be responsible for graphic design elements within our client-facing deliverables and marketing collateral. The successful candidate must be innovative, outgoing and possess the ability to be self-directed as well as work effectively in teams.

  • Conceptualize proposal graphics and create/edit high-end graphics.
  • Ensure all graphics are consistent within the proposal.
  • Ability to work with a variety of design programs including Adobe InDesign®, Illustrator®, Photoshop®, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong layout skills, organizational abilities and excellent file-categorizing expertise to ensure artwork is production-ready and projects are completed on time.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, recommend prioritization, timelines, and processes to ensure all success criteria are met.
  • Various other marketing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required, degree in Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience and proven track record.
  • Ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently handling multiple tasks, often under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with all levels of management with a high degree of professionalism.
