As part of our growing Risk Management team, you will work with our clients, including some of the most iconic companies globally, as they reshape risk management and quantitative methodologies and process for the future. You will gain in-depth experience across emerging risk topics within a variety of risk categories (e.g., operational, model, credit, market, credit, third-party), become a thought leader with a focus on the latest innovations and solutions leveraging cutting edge technology, and enable strategic success through developing proactive metrics and data that provide risk insights.

How you will contribute:

• Providing clients with support in understanding and implementing ESG programs
• Maintaining and achieving high quality in work, client relations, and team relations
• Working directly with our clientele to establish and deliver ESG programs and sustainability commitments
• Supporting clients to collect and assess ESG and climate risk data to provide high-quality reporting and decision-useful information
• Providing subject matter expertise on ESG reporting and climate-related disclosure frameworks
• Helping to recruit, lead, and retain top talent within the advisory industry
• Providing project leadership and management across engagements while contributing to high quality delivery
• Developing lasting relationships with senior executives of leading organizations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within ESG, within either an advisory firm or a related industry
• BA or BS in Sustainability, Risk Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Advanced in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Sustainability Accounting Standards Boards (SASB), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Greenhouse (GHG) Protocol, Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and other ESG related frameworks and standards
• Experience developing ESG disclosures including data sourcing, data validation, drafting ESG narratives, project coordination, and/or ESG reporting process automation
• Experience developing emissions inventories, including inventory management plans, boundary conditions, emissions quantification, data management, internal controls and quality assurance, and/or attestation or verification.
• Knowledge of ESG rating agency expectations
