Position Title:

External Description: Description & Requirements

Marketing Interns will work with the National Industry Marketing Team in various aspects of marketing to support the advancement of FORVIS' industry growth strategies. They will utilize firm resources to expand brand awareness and visibility, support strategic growth opportunities, leverage data tools for critical insights and enhanced decision-making, and support new products, services, or initiative development.

This position will be 100% in-person in our Frisco Building in Springfield, MO.

How you will contribute:

• Provide tactical support to help execute a marketing strategy
• Assist with presentation support for webinars, internal meetings, or speaking sessions
• Actively participate in Industry Marketing Team meetings to collaborate with other team members
• Help with internal and external conference planning and logistics
• Support industry professionals with market research and competitive intelligence
• Gather, organize, and analyze internal and external data for strategic marketing purposes
• Provide support for thought leadership strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and videos

Hours Requirement

We can be flexible with your school schedule providing you are able to:

• Accommodate our regular business hours of Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and;
• Commit to no more than 16 hours per week during the Academic semesters

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least a Junior and pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 in major and overall is required (a copy of an unofficial transcript is required)
• Professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Participation in community association or student chapter of marketing or related field association is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Applicants for positions with FORVIS must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verifications of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
