External Description: Responsibilities

The Adaptive Planning EPM Manager will be responsible for the Workday Adaptive platform. They will manage the architecture and hands-on development of new Adaptive solutions, consult with business stakeholders to architect, design and solution reports for their business needs.

How you will contribute:

EPM Management:

  • Be subject matter expert in the utilization of Adaptive Planning for the FORVIS organization
  • Assist in Managing the data sources imported into Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Maintain and enhance the Adaptive Planning data model in an ongoing phased implementation
  • Contribute to and uphold Data Services guidelines for managing, using, and maintaining enterprise data within Adaptive Planning
  • Collaborate with data integrations team on requirements and specifications for solutions
  • Manage firm documentation for Adaptive Planning for data sources, data dictionary, data models, reports, metrics


We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
  • Effectively communicate with clients to facilitate the effective build-out of reports
  • Effectively work with cross functional teams in the areas of workflow development.
  • Responsible for working with both Enterprise Data Services and Software Engineering team to refine process documentation related to EPM
  • Consistently demonstrate the values of our firm as identified in our Code of Conduct.
  • Deliver excellent quality of work, work timeliness, and quantity of work.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with others.
  • Key performance indicators include feedback on weekly POW and feedback on annual evaluation.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with EPM design and management, Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FP&A based data and processes preferred
  • Strong analytics skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze reporting requirements and solution within an EPM tool
  • Understanding of ETL processes, SQL query writing, Data Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and MS Excel
  • Experience in relationship management and ability to manage stakeholder expectations through clear and transparent communications.
