Position Title:

External Description: Responsibilities

How you will contribute:

• Providing clients with support in understanding and implementing ESG programs
• Maintaining and achieving high quality in work, client relations, and team relations

• Working directly with our clientele to establish and deliver ESG programs and overall commitments related to sustainability matters
• Supporting clients to collect and assess ESG data to provide high-quality reporting and decision- useful information
• Providing subject matter expertise on ESG reporting frameworks
• Actively building upon client relationship efforts to market and cross-sell the various services provided by the firm
• Innovating and developing new solutions within the ESG & Climate Risk Advisory practice

• Identifying and fostering long-term relationships with new and existing target clients
• Helping to recruit, lead, and retain top talent within the advisory industry
• Developing lasting relationships with senior executives of leading organizations

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism and work with ambiguous and often changing priorities
• Ability to identify further areas of value-add to create opportunities for future projects
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
• Human relations skills to deal effectively with clients, staff, and/or co-workers in a professional manner

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model
• Excellent analytical, logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years or more of professional experience including experience in a management capacity and leadership role on projects

• 2 years or more of experience within ESG, either within an advisory firm or within a related industry
• Knowledge of Sustainability Accounting Standards Boards (SASB), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and other ESG related frameworks and standards
• Experience developing ESG disclosures including data sourcing, data validation, drafting ESG narratives, project coordination, and/or ESG reporting process automation
• Familiarity with rating agency expectations for ESG
• Understanding of climate change implications and overall impact dynamics

• BA or BS in Sustainability, Risk Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
