Responsibilities
How you will contribute:
- Providing clients with support in understanding and implementing Enterprise Risk Management Concepts and Activities
- Providing leading practice advisory services to clients focusing on Risk Governance, Risk Taxonomy, Risk Identification, Risk Appetite, Risk Measurement, and Risk and Control Assessment.
- In partnership with client leadership, generating Risk Appetite Statements for executive review
- Communicating complexities of the risk management process to stakeholders across the firm and driving the creation of deliverables to achieve understanding at all levels
- Providing guidance related to Key Risk Indicators and other metrics for the management and monitoring of risk
- Staying abreast of industry practices, assessing the impact of news events on company risk management practices
- Contributing to developing new solutions within the Enterprise Risk & Quantitative Advisory
- Identifying and fostering long-term relationships with new and existing target clients
- Helping to recruit, lead, and retain top talent within the advisory industry
- Developing lasting relationships with senior executives of leading organizations

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Mathematics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 8 years or more of experience within a Risk Management function, either within an advisory firm, a financial services organization, or the insurance industry
- Previous experience utilizing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Tools
- Advanced in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- FRM Certification or similar risk management related credential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience with coding in R, Python, VBA, SAS, and similar quantitative software
