Private equity company-held portfolio companies face numerous challenges related to growth and profitability across industries and business functions. FORVIS is often asked to identify and implement process and technology solutions to strengthen performance and achieve scalability in critical functions. How you will contribute:

• Providing project management leadership to engagements focused on identifying performance improvement opportunities in the accounting and finance function and assisting clients with implementing best practice business processes
• Analyzing the financial operations of the companies and identifying issues that may impact EBITDA and other financial metrics
• Understanding and evaluating financial and operational trends of client companies
• Leading a current state assessment of accounting and finance operations from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint
• Working with management and DHG Subject Matter Experts to identify pain points and opportunities to improve performance
• Coordinating the development of a performance improvement roadmap with the client project team and defining detailed project tasks, costs, and timelines
• As appropriate, providing management and oversight to client personnel in ongoing accounting and finance transactions and guiding Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Close-to-Report processes

We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:

• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships/project management
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a time

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
• 3 years or more of performance improvement consulting or Finance & Accounting management experience
• Ability to travel as needed to serve clients
